Kids and I had a blast tonight. The place was extremely busy and still well managed & run with a fun & safe atmosphere. Kids and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

I purchased the party package for 22 guests for my daughters 9th birthday! We were told we were getting a room blatant lie they set up tables in the reception area in a corner where we were squashed. This was chaotic because the public were up and down and just in front were the toilets! The host Charlotte was obnoxious and rude! She muttered insults every chance she could about the mess the kids made! She went out of her way to make you feel uncomfortable and kept calling the kids working there to come and clean when the party hadn’t even concluded! There was no utensils to serve the food! The was no sanitiser either for the guests! They said there is an option of a can of drink or bottle of water! When I asked Charlotte the day prior she told me they only provide water because the ingredients in pop top juices Is the same as petrol. There was not even a table to place the cake on or gift bags! But most of all Charlottes attitude was disgusting and shouldn’t even call herself a host or manager because the only thing she did was take our money and ruin my daughters birthday by making each parent annoyed by her underhanded comments to children who were staff working there about the party! I would never recommend this place for a birthday party hire! When we were leaving she started banging chairs and shouting for people to come and clean so I went back and told her she is obnoxious and rude and shouldn’t host kids events if she can’t deal with the mess! With that her son walks up to me trying to intimidate me by saying “ say that again repeatedly”, wrong move because I told him exactly what I thought of them! I was absolutely appalled that the so called staff were literally children and the one adult should never be around people because she has no customer service! As for the party setting in the corner of the reception by a toilet how disgusting! The skates you are given are pretty horrible as well! I had to change over at least 6 pairs terribly worn, wheels were loose, shoes laces snapped and more! Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Absolutely love this place!! My kids get so excited to come here every Friday night!! Just booked our birthday party for next year here! Easy to get a park and the staff are absolutely lovely! Dave's good for a laugh and the DJ is brilliant!

New DJ has great music taste, parking is very convenient it's just across the road. Everyone working here is lovely, favourite skating rink for sure.

A staff member more concerned with people staying outside the yellow line than the 2, 50+ year old men knocking over small children. Spoilt our experience.Won't be returning to friday night skate.

Incredibly friendly staff! Very cheap and lots of fun. My kids loved it!
